The iPS core works together with other core facilities at KI to provide you with the best possible services. Our goal is to constantly improve the variety and quality of our services to provde foundation for cutting-edge research for our customers. We have longstanding experience in reprogramming fibroblast cells to iPS cells using non-integrating methods in defined conditions, in generating NES cells and differentiating these into neurons and glia. We aim to provide you with the best cellular models of healthy and diseased human brain development. We additionally provide standardized and defined iPS and NES cells for cell replacement therapy projects.
